There Are Secrets Behind the Closed Doors of NBA Weight Rooms...
58 floors above the streets of Manhattan, at 4:47am, your alarm silently buzzes your wrist.
You have a smart alarm that wakes you up at the most opportune moment in your sleep cycles.
You take a few moments to gather yourself, then you shed the satin sheets in favor of a pair of shorts, and a lululemon hoodie.
You walk out of your massive master bedroom to your equally impressive kitchen, where your four-figure coffee maker brews you a cup of joe.
Grabbing the piping hot coffee, you drop some MCT oil into the steaming beverage which will transform your brain into a high-octane machine ready to take on the day.
Each day, your kitchen light is Manhattan’s first sign of life..
As the coffee drips into your mug, you look out at the great city and always note how the lower floors of each residential building are still covered in darkness.
But, like popcorn, the lights of the highest floors begin to pop on around the city.
Somehow, the 9-5ers in their cramped, walk-up buildings who marvel at these mystical sky-mansions haven’t figured it out yet.
You start each day with an hour of study.
Long ago, you discovered that success was about “who I must become” rather than “how do I get there.”
And it’s the reason the lights of the penthouses across Manhattan ALWAYS come on first each morning.
Soon, the Kings and Queens of New York, descend from their sky castles and into the gyms of their building. Always, the first to arrive.
Here, none of them go through the motions, they’re training. Their schedules are demanding, and their body’s must be up to the task.
Hard sessions, cold plunges and saunas are the norm for you. Those resting in the darkness haven’t figured this out yet.
As they leave the gym, the sun is beginning to rise, and with it, the rest of the city gets out of bed, already hours behind those who sleep in the sky.
You step into the elevator, dripping in sweat from your training session and are taken back up to your home above the clouds.
Here, you prepare for the rest of your day.
You command your mind to operate at the highest level.
You put on fine clothes and set out to do the greatest good.
One of many across the city who have figured it out.
No, you do not play in the NBA or the NFL, you are an athlete of your profession.

Tony Robbins tells the story from one of his business seminars when two, confident men marched up to him after the event and said, "YOU BETTER WATCH OUT ROBBINS! Soon, we are going to be where you are!"

One of the most difficult parts of running a business is the never-ending demand for your time and energy.
In building my own company, I learned that on the days that I felt amazing and full of energy, I CRUSHED the day.
But on the days I felt like crap, I got nothing done, I procrastinated and I gave in to my fears and doubts.
This made things crystal clear...if I ALWAYS had a ton of energy, I would ALWAYS dominate the day.
And as the former Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Lakers, I knew EXACTLY how the body produces energy and, more importantly, how I could train my body to never run out of it!
You may be asking yourself, "Wait a minute! I've seen commercials for Amazon!"
